Smithfield, R.I.—The Merrimack Men's Track and Field Team returned from their Holliday break with a second-place finish with 26 points in the Bryant Throws hosted by Bryant University on Wednesday.
Claudel Chevalier won the men's weight throw event with a mark of 16.89 meters, he also placed in eighth in the men's discus event with a mark of 37.20 meters.
Jared Ptaszek finished fifth in the Men's Weight Throw with a mark of 14.71 meters.
Grant Eastin finished fourth in the Men's Weight Throw event with a throw of 15.31 meters, in the men's shot put final he placed seventh with a throw of 13.04 meters.
