2019-20 (Indoor)

• Ran in four total meets during the 2019-20 indoor season
• Set two personal records in two separate events
• Established a PR in the mile during the 2020 Bowdoin Invitational (4:50.15)
• Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the Emmanuel College Indoor Opener (9:47.06)

2018-19

• Competed in six events as a freshman
• Placed 18th in his debut at the Shacklette (9/1)
• Ran a personal best 26:29.28 at UMass Dartmouth (9/15)
• Placed sixth at the Codfish Bowl (9/22) with a time of 27:19.00
• Placed 46th at NE10 Championship (11/4) and 58th at NCAA East Regional (11/17)

Before Merrimack

• Attended Tewksbury High School
• Was a three-time captain who helped team win the Merrimack Valley Conference Championship meet among small schools twice
• Team won the small school regular season Merrimack Valley Conference title during his junior year
• Received Summa Cum Laude award
