The Merrimack College men's track and field program put on a clinic Saturday at the Skyhawk Invitational, taking second place in a field of nine teams. Standing out among the crowd with a record-setting performance was senior Trevor Ciempa - for that, he's been named Fuddruckers Athlete of the Week.

The senior high jump specialist set a new program record Saturday, shattering his previous school record with a final height of 2.06 meters. Ciempa's mark hit the national qualifying standard; something he did in his final regular season indoor meet as well. 

Ciempa and the Warriors are back in action this weekend, traveling to Southern New Hampshire to compete in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships. The meet will span from May 2-4.
