Alexa Pongo of the Merrimack women's ice hockey team was named the Dunkin' Athlete of the Week following a big offensive performance in the Warriors' 5-3 win over Holy Cross Saturday. 

The freshman forward tallied her first two career goals in the victory over the Crusaders to push the team's winning streak to three games. She netted a power play goal late in the second period, then notched the eventual game-winner early on in the third period.
