After earning at least a share of her fifth tournament medalist honor this season, junior Krystal Knight of the Merrimack College women's golf team has been Fuddruckers Female Athlete of the Week!

Knight -- who was last week's NE10 Co-Golfer of the Week, as well -- staked a claim of her fourth share of a medalist spot this season by virtue of finishing tied for first with fellow Northeast-10 Conference rival Camden Morrison of Franklin Pierce. Knight went 73-79—152 (+12) for the tournament, battling tough conditions over the course of both days to claim a share of the title.

For the season, the NE10 Championship medalist is averaging a team-low 75.88 strokes per round. Five of her 17 rounds played have been at or below par, and she has finished in the top-10 of the individual leader board at six of the eight events Merrimack has competed in.

Knight and the rest of the Warriors close out the spring regular season at the Saint Rose Spring Classic this weekend (April 20-11), as the team looks to build its case for an at-large berth to the 2018 NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championship in May.
