#20 Le Moyne Too Much for Men's Soccer
NORTH ANDOVER, MA – Despite a league-leading 15th goal
from sophomore Robbie Sabadoz (Ottawa, ON), the
Merrimack men's soccer Warriors dropped their second straight
contest to the Le Moyne College Dolphins Saturday afternoon at
Warrior Field.
Senior captain Doug Carvalho (New Bedford, MA)
stopped three shots in net for the Warriors in a complete game.
With the loss, Merrimack falls into eighth place in the
Northeast-10 Conference which would still yield a playoff berth,
but would mean a match-up with the top seed.
Merrimack returns to action on Tuesday, October 20 at Saint
Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont. Following the road
trip, the men's team will have three home games at Warrior
Field to close out the season.
