Sabadoz Scores Two In Win Over Saint Rose
ALBANY, NY – Two goals from sophomore Robbie
Sabadoz (Ottawa, ON) in the first 7:06 of play was all the
men's soccer team (3-2-1, 1-0 NE-10)needed to nab a 2-0 win
at the College of Saint Rose on Saturday afternoon.
Senior captain Doug Carvalho (New Bedford, MA)
earned his third shut-out of the year with five saves in between
the pipes.
While Sabadoz struck a loose ball in unassisted for his second
tally, freshman Olof Lindhe (Stockholm, Sweden)
fed the sophomore on his eventual game-winner five minutes into the
contest.
The Warriors look to continue their success on the road with a
match at Stonehill on Tuesday, September 22 at 4:00pm in Easton,
Massachusetts.
