NORTH ANDOVER, MA - Senior captain Gabrielle Gramprey (Brockton, MA) accounted for all three goals in a 3-0 win over Assumption for the Merrimack women's soccer Warriors.

"When a player scores three goals that all matter versus a conference opponent, that's just something special," Head Coach Gabe Mejail said of his senior star.  "It's amazing what she can do with the ball when she gets alone on a break."

Freshman Jenn Pino (North Andover, MA) assisted on two of Gramprey's goals while Kara Hennigan (Pawtucket, RI) tallied the third in the 71st minute.

Senior captain Brittany Gustafson (East Hampton, CT) registered the shutout win with two saves before sophomore Kiley Horne (Scituate, MA) made six saves in the second half.

The Warriors return to action at home against non-conference opponent Nyack College on Monday, September 7 at 4:00pm.
