Men's Cross Country Places 14th at Codfish Bowl

BOSTON, MA – The Merrimack men's cross country team raced to a 14th place finish Saturday afternoon at the Codfish Bowl in Franklin Park.

Freshman Tyler Faulkner (Boxborough, MA) improved his time by 34 seconds from last week, finishing 62nd in 28:06.

Evan Mercier (Boxborough, MA) ran in 29:16, finishing 102nd while Harry Mullin (West Hartford, CT) was 127th overall in 29:49.

Bentley captured the team event, while Bates was second. Merrimack was the third-best Northeast-10 team, as Adelphi (4th) and Southern NH (32st) also ran in the meet.

Merrimack races in the New England Invitational on October 9.
