WEST WINDSOR, N.J. – The Merrimack College women's crew team began its spring season Saturday, as the Warriors participated in the Knecht Cup Regatta at Mercer Lake. The Warriors battled in the Women's Club Four event, where both teams finished second in the heats and advanced to the "A" Finals scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday).

Merrimack raced two boats and each one finished in second in Heat 1 and Heat 2, respectively. Merrimack College "A" finished Heat 1 with a time of 7:57.54 while Merrimack College "B" finished Heat 2 2 with a time of 8:01.30.
