How It Happened
Le Moyne staked itself an early lead after scoring 1:35 into the game, setting the tone for a 12-goal first half for the hosts. The Dolphins tallied nine of those goals in the first 10 minutes, and added three more the rest of the way to take a 12-0 lead into the break.

Freshman goalkeeper Lauren Trepaney (Nashua, N.H.) took over near the midpoint of the first half and finished with three stops in the opening stanza.

The Dolphins' defense, however, would continue to shine in the second half, preventing the Warriors from recording a single shot attempt.

On the other end, Le Moyne would add five more goals to settle for the final margin of victory.
