NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Merrimack College women's soccer travels to face Le Moyne College on Saturday morning for an 11 a.m. kickoff from Ted Grant Field. The Warriors will look to extend their winning streak to three games.
Last Time Out
- The Warriors won their second game in a row, defeating Le Moyne on Saturday morning, 2-1, in overtime. Junior Taylor Cogliano (Bellingham, Mass.) provided the game-winning tally 2:30 into extra time. Merrimack trailed 1-0 early in the second half, before junior Gigi Guenther (Webster, Mass.) scored on a penalty kick in the 60th minute.
- Sophomore Erin Fulton (Farmington, Conn.) made a season-high 11 saves in net.
- Guenther leads the team with four goals, while freshman Izzy McDonnell (Fall River, Mass.) has three goals and two assists. Senior Sarah Boucher (Northbridge, Mass.) has five assists on the year, which is a career-high.
