NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College women's volleyball program plays its final two matches of the regular season at home beginning on Tuesday night when the Warriors host Southern New Hampshire University at 7 p.m. in a Northeast-10 Conference tilt from Hammel Court.
Last Time Out:
- Merrimack traveled to New York over the weekend, playing its final two road matches of the year at Adelphi and at Pace
- Against Pace, senior Christina Nye (Plaistow, N.H.) led Merrimack with 15 digs, while the Warriors posted 48 digs as a team, the ninth-highest total this season and most in their last five matches
- Also against the Setters, sophomore Catherine Flaherty (North Andover, Mass.) registered seven kills on 29 attacks, her fifth-most attack attempted this season
Inside the Series:
- Merrimack has already played SNHU once this season, falling in a non-conference match up in Manchester in three sets
- Junior Katelynn Marr (Franklin, Mass.) paced the Warriors with 10 digs and three aces last time against the Penmen, while Nye added nine kills
- The Navy and Gold have won four of their last six matches against the Penmen, including a four-set victory the last time SNHU visited campus.
