NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Merrimack College men's soccer team travels to face the Chargers of the University of New Haven on Saturday afternoon, at Kayo Field in a Northeast-10 Conference matchup.
Last Time Out:
- The Warriors blanked Saint Michael's College, 3-0, on Tuesday afternoon. Junior Lars Sund (Stavanger, Norway) and freshman Drew Lovely (Weymouth, Mass.) each picked up their second goals of the season. Sund also assisted on the first goal. Sophomore Aasmund Joedahl (Ridabu, Norway) also scored his first tally of the season.
- Merrimack has outscored its opponents 10-2 on the season, including three shutouts.
- Sund and freshman Filippo Begliardi Ghidini (Ravenna, Italy) lead the team in points, with seven and six, respectively.
