NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College women's ice hockey program will take on Holy Cross twice this weekend, playing host Friday night before traveling to Worcester Saturday night. The Warriors have upended Holy Cross earlier this season, and look to close out the three-game series with a winning record.

- At 7-1-2, the Merrimack Women's Ice Hockey Team has its best start to a season in program history. The team is lurking outside national raking, receiving votes in the latest polls.
- The Warriors currently rank third in Hockey East standings (9pts) trailing Northeastern (15pts) and Boston College (10pts).
- Senior Katelyn Rae ranks tied for first in Hockey East play in goals with eight. Her eight goals puts her in second on the national leaderboard.
- Senior Goaltender Samantha Ridgewell currently ranks fourth in the nation with a save percentage of .961, and was recently tabbed as Hockey East Goaltender of the Month.
- Merrimack is currently riding a four game win streak. Their last loss came against #6 Boston College on October 19th.
