Last Time Out:

  • Junior Lindsay Werner led the Navy and Gold with 17 points, her most points in the last seven games. Werner canned her 60th triple of the season against the Falcons
  • Bentley gained momentum by taking advantage of Merrimack's first-half mistakes, resulting in a 16-3 edge in points off turnovers for the hosts
'Mack Facts:
  • Regardless of Tuesday's results, the Warriors are locked into fifth place in the Northeast Division. Merrimack will travel to the fourth seed out of the Southwest Division for the opening round of the NE10 Championship
  • Adelphi University currently has a one-game lead for fourth in the Southwest, and will clinch the four seed with a win on Tuesday. New Haven and the College of Saint Rose both sit in a tie for fifth
  • Werner leads Merrimack in scoring at 16.0 points per game. She leads the Warriors 60 three-pointers, which is a new career high and three away from setting a new program single-season record. She is one of four players in the NE10 this season with at least 60 treys this season
  • When sophomore Denia Davis-Stewart graces the court on Tuesday, her per-game averages will qualify for the conference rankings. Her 75 blocks through 15 games are the second-most in the league, while her 5.0 blocks per game average would lead the NE10 and the country

The Purple Knights:
  • Saint Michael's enters Tuesday on a four-game losing streak with loses in seven of its last eight games
  • Juniors Samantha Delaney and Emily Ferreri each lead the Purple Knights in scoring, averaging 12.9 points and 10.2 points per game, respectively.
