NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The Merrimack College women's basketball program marches back into Hammel Court on Saturday afternoon with a season-best four-game winning streak as the Warriors welcome 16-win Saint Anselm for a 1 p.m. contest at Hammel Court. Merrimack's run has also featured victories in 11 of its last 14 games, moving the Warriors into a tie for fourth in the Northeast Division with six games remaining in the regular season.

- Merrimack's most recent game saw the Warriors avenge an early season loss to Assumption, 76-63, on Wednesday in Worcester, Mass. Senior Karlee Alves finished the night with eight assists to establish in a new single-season program assists record. Classmate Lindsay Werner poured in a game-high 25 points to move within seven of reaching 1,000 for her career
- The program now boasts 15 victories on the year, equaling last year's total. It is the second most for the program during the tenure of head coach Monique LeBlanc, and the second most in the last 13 years
- Merrimack's high-flying offense now boasts 194 3-pointers on the year to lead the NE10 and rank among the top 15 nationwide. Werner (51), freshman Kate Mager (47), sophomore Alyssa Casey (39) and sophomore Mayson Kimball (37) all rank among the 15 best in the NE10 in triples made. The Warriors' 74.3 points per game also paces the conference
- Alves' assists numbers lead the league and country, while she started the week as one of just six players in Division II with at least 70 steals to date. Junior Denia Davis-Stewart joins Alves as one of the region's premier defenders, totaling a team-best and career-high 83 blocks. She is also averaging a double-double with 12.7 points and 10.5 rebounds per game
- The turn of the calendar has seen the Hawks win eight of 10 games, posting a 5-2 record during the cross-divisional portion of its schedule. Saint Anselm won its first game back in Northeast play on Wednesday, 57-45, against Franklin Pierce. The Hawks are led by one of the top post players in the NE10, Shannon Ryan, who is averaging 19.6 points and 12.8 rebounds per game

- 1,000 Career Points – Werner – Merrimack's leading scorer – needs just seven more points to become the first Warrior in four years to reach 1,000 career points and the 21st overall in school history. The Groton, Mass. native has the majority of her work over a three-year span, scoring just 11 points as a freshman
- Single-Season Assists – After Alves set a new single-season record Wednesday, she's now closing in on the 200-assist mark and a spot in the NE10 record book. The Ellington, Conn. native needs to reach 214 helpers to post one of the 15-best single-season assist totals in league annals
- Team Records – After already breaking the single-season 3-points made record, the Warriors are also on pace to break the single-season percentage record of .347 set during the 2003-04 campaign. The current group of Warriors are making their triples at a rate of 37.0 percent

- Merrimack held Saint Anselm to seven first-quarter points and held a six-point halftime lead, buy the Hawks rallied for a 60-50 triumph back in December
- Kimball (11 points, 11 rebounds) and Davis-Stewart (10 points, 11 rebounds, eight blocks) posted double-doubles to lead Merrimack
