BEVERLY, Mass. – The Merrimack College women's tennis program capped its memorable 2018-19 season in style, closing the spring on a three-match winning streak with a 5-4 victory at Endicott College on Thursday. Playing Division III scoring rules, Merrimack's victories at first and second doubles proved to be the difference as the Warriors and Gulls split the six singles tilts played at Endicott's South Campus Tennis Courts.

The NE10 finalists brought their season win total to 14 after wins against Colby-Sawyer, Holy Cross and Endicott this month, tying the second most victories in a single season in school history. The Warriors' 2018-19 matches the amount registered by the 2015-16 squad.
