Taylor Robertson scored her first goal of the season to give the Merrimack College women's soccer program a 1-0 lead on Saturday at the University of Maine, but the Black Bears notched three second-half strikes to claim a two-goal win at Mahaney Diamond.

The Summary
- Each team put one shot on goal over the first 25 minutes that was saved; senior Erin Fulton made her fourth consecutive start of the season for the Warriors
- Robertson entered the contest as a reserve in the 30th minute and scored one minute later, giving Merrimack the lead. Freshman Molly Murnane set up the second goal, notching her second assist of the tea
- Fulton made one more save in the opening half. Junior Megan Langlois relieved Fulton in net for the second half
- Maine's equalizer came in the 58th minute. The Warriors had attempted one shot on net prior to that, attempted by freshman Vanessa Wainwright
- Langlois made a 68th-minute save to keep the game tied, but the Black Bears went ahead in the 70th minute. Less than one minute later, Maine collected a third goal to put the game away
- Robertson, Murnane and freshman Hallie Shiers all put shots on the game in the final 15 minutes, but the Warriors were unable to close the gap
