- The Warriors fell in two doubles matches. Merrimack's second pairing of sophomore Jonathan Garcia and classmate Alec Mackay Rodriguez gave the Warriors their best doubles showing of the day, but fell short, 3-6-3. This gave the Eagles an early 1-0 advantage.
- At number three singles, Koch gave the Warriors their only win of the day, taking home the match in three sets, 1-6, 6-3, 6-0. After losing the first set, Koch rallied and was able to swing the momentum in his favor, bringing home a victory.
- Sophomore Andre Singer also gave the Warriors a good performance. After losing the first set 6-2, singer was able to find his rhythm and took home the second set 6-4, tying the match at one set a piece. Ultimately, Singer fell just short in the final set and was unable to complete the comeback.
