NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. —  In the final contest on the 2021 calendar, the Merrimack women's soccer team was held off by the Dartmouth Big Green in a non-conference tilt on Monday night.

The Summary
- In the first minute of the contest, the Big Green took the home lead in the first minute of the contest. Dartmouth added its second of the night on a ball in from a corner kick with a high right finish in the 35th minute.
- Merrimack hustled to close out the first half with a corner kick opportunity, but just had the opportunity go wide. In the first half, the Warriors earned nine shot attempts and five shots on goal but were unable to capitalize on the opportunities.
- Defensively, the Warriors remained stout in the second half, as the Big Green couldn't negotiate on five corner kicks. Goalkeeper Michele Silva had her eye on the ball in the half, making three saves in the closing 45 minutes.
