What They Said:
Head coach Chris Cameron: "The guys did well and I'm pleased with the effort today. They still need to work on tightening up our pack, but we know what we need to do to get even better for next time. We're going into the most important time of the season so they know what to do."

How It Happened:
  • Corliss' performance this week was a good bounce back effort after two weeks in between races. The Haverhill, Mass. native posted the 7th fastest time overall on the day and was exactly 21 seconds short of first place.
  • Finishing closely behind Corliss was sophomore Ben Chase who had his first top-20 finish of the season. The Portsmouth, R.I. native finished with a time of 27:00.5 which was good enough for 13th out of 137.
  • Trailing Chase was last week's NEC Rookie of the Week, Ryan Dyer and sophomore Billy Coakley. Dyer finished in 16th with a time of 27:15.5 and Coakley came in 22nd with a time of 27:32.0.
  • The Warriors improved three spots this weekend after finishing in sixth place at the Nassaney Invitational.
