NEW BRITAIN, CONN. – The Merrimack College men's soccer team lost a Northeast Conference (NEC) matchup with Central Connecticut State University on Sunday afternoon, 2-0.

- Juri Schlingmann launched a shot towards net in the second minute that was saved by the Blue Devil goalkeeper. In the 33rd minute Stefano Pesenti shot bottom left which was also saved by the goalkeeper. Two minutes later Central Connecticut scored the first goal of the afternoon. Pesenti had two shots in a row in the 55th minute, one was saved and the other missed high. Faisal Bajunaid ripped a shot towards the goal. The shot ended up being saved. The Blue Devils scored their second goal in the 62nd minute.
