Men's Basketball Drops 2022-23 Schedule

The Merrimack College Men's basketball program released their schedule for the 2022-2023 season. This year's schedule features games against Big East foes St. John's University and Providence College as well as a trip to San Francisco to play the Dons of USF.
 
Alongside playing two Big East opponents and a game at San Francisco, the Warriors will play in the ZooTown Classic in Bozeman, Montana which will only bolster the teams out of conference schedule.
 
The season will start with a trip to St. Johns to take on a revitalized Red Storm squad on November 7th. The home opener will take place on November 10th when DIII Clark University comes to North Andover.
 
Merrimack will then take a plane ride to Montana to play in the ZooTown Classic from the 17th to the 19th of November. The Warriors will face off against Troy University, the University of Montana and St. Thomas College. The schedule doesn't ease up there as a game at Providence occurs on the 23rd.  Merrimack will then get two more games on the road against Missouri Valley Conference opponent Bradley University and the Riverhawks of UMass Lowell on the 26th and 30th.
 
The Warriors then return home for a contest against Boston University on December 2nd followed up with a game versus one of America East's best, Vermont on the 4th. Both games will be played in Lawler Arena as the first two of four opponents that will play in Lawler.
 
The Warriors will play their last out of conference away game when they hit the West Coast for a battle against the Dons of San Francisco on December 7th.Two more home games will feature DIII University of New England and Maine on the 9th and 11th of December. Each game will be played at Lawler. A road test against Bucknell on the 18th will bring the out of conference schedule to an end.
 
Northeast Conference play will open up with two straight away games on the 29th and 31st of December at Farleigh Dickinson and Wagner. The Warriors will then come back home for two at Hammel Court against Sacred Heart and Saint Francis Brooklyn on January 5th and 7th.
 
The Warriors will then enter the thick of conference play with a road game at Stonehill on the 14th and then a home game versus Wagner on the 16th. Two road games will pop up on the schedule after that, as Merrimack will head to Saint Francis Brooklyn and Central Connecticut State on the 22nd and 26th.
 
After a brief stint on the road, Merrimack will get an extended home stand as they play four straight in North Andover. The first of four features the final meeting between Merrimack and FDU on January 28th. Follow up with LIU, Saint Francis and Stonehill on the 2nd, 4th and 9th.
 
Merrimack will once again head to the opposition with three straight away from Hammel Court. Kicking off this is a trip to Saint Francis (PA) on the 11th before playing Hartford on the 16th and finishing with a battle at Sacred Heart on the 18th of February.
 
The Warriors regular season schedule comes to an end with their final two games. A home game on February 23rd against Central Connecticut State will mark the final home game for Merrimack. One more road trip will see the Warriors take on their final NEC opponent LIU on February 25th as their regular season concludes.
