Rapid Recap
Merrimack traveled to Lewisburg to try to snag a win against a struggling Bucknell team who had lost their past three. Merrimack very much needed a win coming off of a tough weekend with back to back losses against a pair of Ivy League opponents. The first quarter was back and forth with Merrimack falling behind by six after the first frame, 17-11. The second quarter was nothing short of a nightmare for the Warrior offense. They would score just four points, one field goal, as nothing would fall. The Warriors struggled to do much of anything as they would fail to keep up with the Bison falling behind 31-15 at the half.

The third quarter saw the Bison maintain their lead as the Warriors tried to chip away the best they could. Both offenses were at their best in the third as there was an answer for every basket on both ends. The third would end with Bucknell holding a 45-33 lead. As the final frame came around, the Warriors needed a spark to get the offense going however they would fall behind 15 points. They were only able to cut it to 10 points at 54-44 with just under two minutes left. It was too little too late for Coach Morrone's squad as they would drop another road game losing this one 64-44 to Bucknell.
