Long Island, N.Y.- The Merrimack Women's Softball team picked up their tenth Northeast Conference win of the seasonwith a 3-2 win against the Long Island University Sharks on Friday afternoon.

The Warriors started the game off hot with the first three batters reached base and
Sydney Samuel would cash in with a two RBI single.
Bry Michitson scored the games third run helping her own cause before she threw her first pitch of the afternoon. The Sharks scored their first run of the game with an RBI single in the second inning before cutting the lead to one in the third, but the Warriors were able to lock down the Sharks offense from there, as
Bry Michitson pitched the last four innings, earning the complete game and recording the last 12 outs allowing no hits.
