North Andover, MA.-- The Merrimack College Warriors Men's soccer team celebrated Senior Day in style scoring three times in the second half to capture the win over the Sacred Heart Pioneers on Saturday evening at Martone-Mejail Field.

Prior to the game the Warriors celebrated the careers of
Nelton Semedo,
Tommaso Ogliari,
Simon Johansson,
Liam Ziegler,
Samuel Biven and
Bennet Morrill.
Sacred Heart scored the lone goal of the first half only four minutes into the game.
In the second, Merrimack found their equalizer quickly in the second half as
Tommaso Ogliari's long cross eluded everyone in the box until finding the foot of
Bennet Morrill only 39 seconds into the half. The Warriors would take the lead in the 65
th minute as
Liam Ziegler put home the bungling ball in the box after his initial effort was saved.
Sacred Heart would tie the game on a cross that was headed into the net at the 74
th minute but not even a minute later, the Warriors would win a corner and
Bennet Morrill would send a perfect ball on to the head of Rocco DulGiudice for his first Warriors goal to capture the win for the Warriors.
