Fall Season Recap
The Men's Tennis team led by captains
Henrik Lindeman,
Valentin Riveros and
Charles Robertson competed in seven different events in their first season as a part of the MAAC. In the first event of the year
Morgan Donovan and Khabir Chhabria dominated the doubles tournament winning 5-0 and 5-3 in their first two matches.
Jack Brimm and
Henrik Lindeman would also come away with wins while
Charles Robertson and
Valentin Riveros secured solid finishes as well.
Charles Robertson, who has spent four years with the program, was immaculate in all three events, the MAAC Masters tournament, Brown Invite and MIT Invite. He was able to snag multiple victories over stiff competition in his final fall season in North Andover. A new member of the Warriors team, freshman
Mateusz Gradski was fantastic in his first fall season. Gradski fought himself into the MAAC Masters semifinals winning three straight matches to get there. Gradski also played well in the MIT Invite winning three of his four solo matches to lead Merrimack.
The United Kingdom native
Jack Brimm had himself quite the fall season as well. Brimm was able to grab wins in both the Brown and MIT Invite. Brimm and his playing partner
Mateusz Gradski we're also able to steal a doubles win over Babson in the MIT Invite. Perhaps the most dominating doubles pairing of the season was fellow captains
Valentin Riveros and
Charles Robertson who we're consistently able to win matches throughout the year.
Merrimack is not done as a spring season awaits for the this group of Warriors just a few months away.
