From Head Coach
Chris Cameron: "We just finished a hard week of practice. Heading into the race, I told both teams that running a PR when you're feeling tired is a great confidence booster. I challenged everyone on the team to go after their PR, and nearly everyone got the job done. It was nice to see both teams step up and meet the challenge head on. Today helped build confidence as we prepare to enter the most important part of our season."
