Men's Soccer Play To a Draw With Fairfield

Fairfield, C.T.  The Merrimack College Warriors Men's soccer team drew the Fairfield Stags by a 1-1 score on Wednesday night.

After a scoreless opening half with only one shot on target between both teams, Fairfield broke through in the first two minutes of the second half, but they wouldn't hold the lead long as after the quick restart following a yellow card, Noah Santos would be sent through, lose the ball but immediately would win it back and he blasted the shot into the near post to equalize the contest.
 
With the game level, neither team would be able to find a winner as Nelton Semedo made two more saves to close the game.
