NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.– The Merrimack College Field Hockey team took on conference opponent Rider this afternoon on Martone-Mejail field. The Warriors emerged victorious, getting goals from three different players in the win.

How It Happened
Five minutes into the game the Broncs found themselves scoring a goal after a penalty corner opportunity. Two minutes later,
Paige Degeorge responded for the Warriors notching her first career goal. The Warrior attack didn't stop there, with
Darla Mahoney scoring a goal in her second straight game. The rest of the half,
Isabelle Gardiner and the Warriors defense was unstoppable not allowing a score on five penalty corners.
Gardiner made an additional three saves in the third quarter to set up the Warriors for the victory in the fourth. With time winding down, a first career goal from
Parker Parker iced it for the Warriors. The defense went on to make five more penalty corner stops to earn the win Friday afternoon.

st, against the Skyhawks of Stonehill College. The Warriors look forward to honoring the senior members of the team during the contest.
