Burlington, Vt. — The Merrimack College field hockey team wrapped up its weekend in Vermont on Sunday afternoon, falling 8–0 to the University of Vermont at Moulton Winder Field.

How It Happened
The Catamounts jumped out to an early lead and carried a 5–0 advantage into halftime. Vermont added three more goals in the second half while keeping the Warriors from finding an offensive rhythm. Merrimack's goalkeepers combined for six saves against a steady UVM attack.
Notable Performers
Isabelle Gardiner and Kayla Whitters split time in net, recording six saves for the Warriors.
