Aidan Dupill had a great day breaking the 8,000 meter cross country school record with a time of 24:52. We now need to work on tightening our 1-5 and 1-7 packs. That will be the real key to our success this season. I hope we use the next 2 weeks to really get after it in workouts. We'll then take our top runners to the highly competitive Paul Short Invitational in Pennsylvania on 10/3."
