Warriors Fight Their Way To Overtime Victory Over Marist

NORTH ANDOVER, M.A. - The Merrimack College Women's Basketball team defeated the Marist Red Foxes this Thursday by a score of 59-57 in an overtime thriller. Se'Lah Reddick hit the game winner with under a second left in overtime.

 

Reddick scored nine on the night, shooting 4-5 from the field. The senior came down with seven rebounds and had a block in the first half. Reddick played over 40 minutes in the win. 

Madison Roman tallied her fourth straight double-double, scoring 14 points and adding 13 boards. Roman shot 50% from the field hitting six shots and she played a season high 42 and a half minutes. 

Paloma Garcia hit five shots on the night for 12 points and notched eight rebounds. Garcia has scored double-digits in two or her past three games.

Oralye Kiefer made it eight straight games with double figures in points this evening. Kiefer posted 11 points and came down with four rebounds in the win. She added on four blocks for the second straight game. 

The Warriors hit the road for a conference matchup against Siena on Saturday. Tip off against the Saints is set for 2 P.M. from UHY Arena.
