GENEVA, OH – Senior
Kendra Daily set the school record in the 100 backstroke twice in one day and took fifth in the event on the third day of the MAAC Swimming & Diving Championships at SPIRE Institute.
Daily set the record of 56.97 in the 100-yard backstroke in the preliminaries Friday morning, and came back to break that record in the evening with a 56.41. Her fifth-place finish made her Merrimack's first conference A finalist in program history.
Senior
Neva Sa finished ninth in the 200 freestyle in 1:53.52.
Junior
Emma McCarthy set a program record in the 100 breaststroke in 1:07.28 and senior
Cameron Zuliani set the program record in the 100 butterfly in 57.64.
The Warriors are in 10th place entering the fourth and final day of the MAAC Swimming & Diving Championships. The prelims and finals will be streamed live on ESPN+.
