Women's Hockey's Season Ends In Hockey East Opening Round

Orono, ME — The Merrimack women's hockey team's 2025-26 season came to a close with a 4-0 loss to the Maine Black Bears in the opening round of the Hockey East Playoffs on Wednesday evening.

Maine scored twice in the first two periods in the game.

Adreanna Doucette and Lauren Lyons both played in goal in the contest, with Doucette making 10 saves and Lyons making 12.
