NORTH ANDOVER, MA - Merrimack College men's lacrosse were winners of a back and forth battle with the Iona Gaels, 11-10.
Alystair Hemburger scored three goals in the win. Hemburger's first hat trick of the season came on ten total shots.
Colin Kruger and Jack Salva both netted a pair of goals each. Salva added two assists while Kruger scored the game winning goal off a forced turnover.
Rob Tyra, Ryan Buonomo, Finn Dougherty, and Casey Herod all scored a goal in the conference win.
Jaden Galfano earned his first win of the season after entering the game at halftime. He had four saves in the two quarters played.
Senior Cody Rehder paced the Warriors in ground balls with six.
Faceoff specialist, Daniel Bezrutchenko won the face off battle, earning 11 possessions.
