ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – The top-seeded Merrimack Warriors will take the floor against No. 5 Marist in the semifinal round of MAAC Men's Basketball Championships at Boardwalk Hall on Sunday night.
The Warriors (22-10, 17-3 in MAAC) advanced to the semifinals after blowing out Sacred Heart, 70-48, in the conference quarterfinals. Merrimack received a first-round bye after it won the regular-season title. Marist advanced to the semifinals after pulling out a quarterback victory against Quinnipiac, 77-75, on Saturday night.
John Avino and Jacob Van Ryn will be on the call for Merrimack Sports Network.
