LAWRENCE, MA - Merrimack College baseball used three home runs and 10 hits to win the series rubber match 13-7.
Cole Yennaco found the bases four times in the win, off his first home run of the season, a single, and two walks. He drove in his second and third runs of the season.
Yennaco also came out to pitch the ninth inning and allowed no hits and no runs.
Michael Bradshaw earned the win for the Warriors in 2.1 innings of scoreless relief. Bradshaw struck out two batters and only allowed one hit.
Jayden Hamilton crushed a solo home run to get things started for the Warriors.
Freshman Garrett McGovern recorded a single and double to drive his batting average up to .290.
Leadoff hitter Matt DeShiro tallied his fifth home run of the season, which was also the game winning run.
Brooks Craigue, Joey Frammartino, and Chris Goode all had a hit and walk.
The Warriors are back home this Tuesday for a non-conference matchup against Stonehill College. First pitch is slated for 3:00 p.m.
