WORCESTER, Mass. — The Merrimack men's soccer team played to a 2-2 draw against the College of the Holy Cross on Sunday afternoon.
 
Merrimack got off the right foot as Keller Cassidy found the back of the net in the 10th minute of the game. Salvatore Zani and Nicolo Vallocchia were awarded the assists after Zani knocked it to Cassidy following a free kick by Vallocchia.

The Warriors doubled their lead in the 35th minute when Zani danced around a defender and threaded it to Jonathan Kratz for the close finish. It gave Merrimack a 2-0 edge at the half.

Holy Cross tied the game with goals in the 56th and 69th minutes.

Merrimack travels to face the Stonehill Skyhawks on Thursday at 4 p.m., which can be seen for free on NEC Front Row.
