NORTH ANDOVER, MASS.—The Merrimack Men's Soccer team closes out their season opening four game road trip on Tuesday when they head to Kingston, Rhode Island to play the University of Rhode Island.
The Warriors are unbeaten in their last two games, as they played to draws with both Holy Cross and Stonehill.
Jonathan Kratz has been the Warriors go to guy in the beginning of the season as he's scored in the previous two games, while
Matteo Malaguti has gotten the start in net for Merrimack in all three games, making 16 saves (5.3 saves per game).
This will be the first time since 2021 that these two have met and while no current Warrior was on the team in the last meeting, current Merrimack associate coach
Mirko Nufi played all 90 minutes in that contest.
