Men's Soccer Nipped By UMass Lowell In Non-Conference Finale

NORTH ANDOVER, MASS.--   The Merrimack College Men's soccer team closed their non-conference schedule with a narrow 1-0 loss to the UMass Lowell Riverhawks on Tuesday night.
 
Lowell scored the lone goal of the contest in the 64th minute, and it was held up after review.
 
Merrimack's closest chance came in the final 15 minutes when Vlad Grigoryan's shot was saved and the followup effort from Mason Salvadge hit the post.
 
 
 
 
UP NEXT: The Warriors begin Metro Conference play on Saturday, September 19 at 6 PM against the Sacred Heart Pioneers.
