Late Goal Not Enough As Field Hockey Drops Game To Skyhawks

NORTH EASTON, Mass. – The Merrimack College field hockey team fell in its conference opener against the Stonehill Skyhawks, 4-1, on Friday afternoon.

Erin Cottam, who was named to the NEC Prime Performers list, scored the lone goal for the Warriors when she did so in the fourth period. 

The Warriors will turn their attention to a non-conference matchup against the University of Vermont on Tuesday at 4pm.
