NORTH ANDOVER, MASS.—The Merrimack Men's Soccer team open their Metro Conference schedule in the final game of their four game homestand on Saturday night at 6 PM at Martone-Mejail Field.
Merrimack had a five-game unbeaten streak snapped in their previous contest, but did post a .500 record in their nonconference schedule as they went 2-2-3.
Merrimack is 4-2-1 against the Pioneers as the teams have been conference foes both in the NEC and Metro Conference since 2019. Merrimack is undefeated at home in the series winning both home games winning 3-0 in 2022 and 3-2 in 2024.
Rocco DelGiudice is the lone Warrior currently on the team to have a goal against Sacred Heart as he knocked in the game winning goal in 2024.
The Warriors were selected as 11
th in the Metro preseason poll.
