2019-20 (Indoor)

• Competed in eight total meets during the 2019-20 indoor season 
• Set three personal records in three separate events
• Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championship (8:39.07)
• Established a PR in the mile at the 2020 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships (4:14.74) 
• Set a PR in the 1000m during the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier (2:28.50)

2018-19

• Competed in six events as a freshman and was one of the team's top runners
• NE10 All-Conference Third Team selection
• One-time NE10 Runner of the Week and earned another NE10 Rookie of the Week accolade
• Posted three top-10 finishes
• Placed eighth in his debut at the Shacklette Invitational (9/1) finishing in 27:46.3
• Won the the Codfish Bowl (9/22) with a time of 26:45.00 for his first collegiate victory
• Placed sixth at the Kirsh Cup in 25:38.0
• Finished 20th out of 151 runners at NE10 Championships (11/4) to earn all-conference third team accolades
• Finished 44th at NCAA East Regional Championship (11/17) 

Before Merrimack

• Attended Haverhill High School and was a member of the cross country and track & field teams
• Two-time all-conference selection
• Set the 4x800-meter relay school record as a freshman
• National Honors Society and National Business Honors Society member
