Competed in all seven races for the Warriors … Five top-40 finishes and two top-20 finishes … Finished 13th at the Cod Fish Bowl Invitational (9/26) … 39th-place finish at NE-10’s (10/25) … Top-finisher for Merrimack at NCAA Regionals (11/8) with a 31st-place finish.

Indoor Track & Field
Competed in three meets as a junior … Competed in the 3000m and 5000m …. Ran his best 5000m time at the Umass Boston Indoor Open with a time of 15:28.74

Outdoor Track & Field 
Competed in five meets as a junior … Competed in the 1500, 3000 Steeple, and 5000 .. .Won the 3000 Steeple at the Greyhound Invitational and finished 2nd in the 3000 Steeple at the NE10 Championships

2014-15
Cross Country
Ran all seven races for the Navy and Gold ... Recorded three top-30 finishes ... Started collegiate debut on the right foot opening the season with best performance of sixth-place finish at Shacklette Invitational (9/6).

Indoor Track & Field
Ran in six meets as a freshman … Placed 15^th with the relay team in the distance medley relay at the New England Indoor Championships (2/27-28) … Finished ninth in the 4x800m relay and 14^th in the 1000m run with a season-best time of 2:35.90 at the NE-10 Indoor Championships (2/21) … Recorded a fifth place finish in the 1000m at the Bowdoin Invitational #2 (1/24) and a 10^th place finish in the 800m run at the Tufts Cupid Challenge (2/7).

Outdoor Track & Field
Named NE-10 Male Track Rookie of the Week (4/15) and ECAC Corvias Rookie of the Week (4/15) … Competed in six meets … Placed 16^th in the 3000m steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:43.63 at the New England Outdoor Championships (5/7-9) and fifth at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships (5/1-2) … Finished 13^th with the relay team in the 4x800m at the New England Championships … Finished first in the 3000m steeplechase at the Coach P Open (4/10-11) and at the 2015 Jim Sheehan Invitational (4/4) … Tallied a second place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational (4/18). 

Before Merrimack: Three-year letterwinner at Shoreham-Wading River ... As a sophomore, junior, and senior earned all-league and all-division honors in cross country while helping team claim conference championship ... Also qualified for NYSPHSAA Championship ... Earned All-League honors and was league champion in 3000m Steeplechase in spring track ...  All-League in 1600m in winter track as a junior ... Earned all-league honors in 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m in outdoor track while claiming division title in 4x800m relay as a junior and senior ... All-conference in cross country as a senior ... Set school record in the mile indoor Steeplechase and was all-league in 1600m as a senior in winter track ...  Set school records in the 3000m Steeplechase, 2000m Steeplechase and Distance Medley Relay ...
