• Ran in all five events during the 2019 cross country season
• Finished with three top-25 finishes on the season
• Finished a season-best 10th place at the Codfish Bowl (29:07.9)
• Raced the 8K at the CCSU Mini-Meet in a season-best 16:04.2

2018-19

• Competed in six events as a freshman
• Finished fifth in his debut at the Shacklette Invite (9/1) with a time of 27:22.9 
• Set a personal best at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (9/15) with a time of 26:30.00
• Ran in the NE10 Championship and NCAA Regional Championship, as well

Before Merrimack

• Attended Miramonte High School
• Earned first team all-league honors twice
• Qualified for CIF state championships after placing 12th at the north coast sectional race
• Named a NCS Scholar Athlete
• NCS Scholar Athlete team captain
• Was the Diablo Athletic League two mile champion as a junior and placed third in the two mile at the North Coast Section regional meet
