2019-20 (Indoor)

• Ran in seven total meets during the 2019-20 indoor season
• Set three personal records in three separate events
• Set a PR in the 300m at the Emmanuel Invite (9:22.47)
• Established a personal best in the 600m during the Bowdoin Invitational (1:25.80)
• Ran a PR in the 800m during the 2020 BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (1:57.59)

2018-19

• Competed in five events as a junior
  Had two top-15 finishes in his first season with the Warriors
  Placed 11th at Shacklette (9/1) and 12th at Codfish Bowl (9/22)
  Ran a season best 26:40.96 at UMass Dartmouth (9/15)
  Finished 79th out of 151 runners at the NE10 Championship (11/4)

2017-18 (at Saint Anselm)

• Saw action in five-of-six events on the year, making his collegiate debut at the Shacklette Invite on Sept. 4
• Was his team's leader in each of his five events on the season
• Posted an 18th place finish at the Shacklette Invite (28:05)
• Finished 19th at the 5K Smith Invite on Sept. 9 (17:14.18)
• Completed the 10K NCAA Division II East Regional race on Nov. 4 in 96th place (37:58).

Before Merrimack

• Ran four years of cross country at Wakefield Memorial High School
• Also on track & field team for four years and played one year of basketball
• Part of Eastern Mass. Division 4 state championship team in cross country
• Part of school record-setting indoor and outdoor 4x800 relay (7:59) and indoor school record-setting 4x400 relay
• Qualified for nationals in both indoor and outdoor track & field
