For men's ice hockey, the ticket office opens at 10 a.m. and closes at the conclusion of the game. For women's ice hockey, the ticket office will open 1 hour prior to the game. My son/daughter plays a sport and is leaving me a ticket. How do they go about doing that?

For men's and women's ice hockey, student-athletes fill out a Players Comp list and can put anyone's name on it. Teams have their own designated policy as to how their student-athletes fill out the list. If your name is under a student-athlete's name, you can pick up your tickets one hour prior to the start of the game at the Player Will Call Window (NOTE - different than general will call) at the Box Office in the DiCroce Lobby of the Merrimack Athletics Complex. All people picking up tickets at Will Call must present a photo ID.

For men's and women's basketball, student-athletes fill out their complimentary ticket list that their team distributes. Once completed, the ticket list is left at the Ticket/Will Call desk, which is located directly outside the entrance to Hammel Court. All people picking up tickets at Will Call must present a photo ID.

For football, student-athletes use Tickettaker.net. Each student-athlete are each given their own log-in credentials and can submit their list online prior to the season. Each student-athlete receives four tickets that they can use per home game. On game day, tickets are left at the Player Will Call ticket window of the ticket booth, which is located near the main entrance of Duane Stadium closest to the parking lot.
All people picking up tickets at Will Call must present a photo ID.

Please note, you must provide your CDC-issued vaccination card at the main entrance gate to gain access to campus.

I purchased tickets from a third-party vendor, but have not received tickets. What should I do?

Merrimack College is not responsible for those who purchase tickets from a third-party vendor. We do not hold tickets for any third-party vendors or reprint tickets for people who purchase tickets through them.

I have a four year old child that is coming to a game. Do they need a ticket?

The child does not need a ticket, but has to sit on your lap during the game. If you wish for them to have a seat, you have to purchase a youth ticket. At this time, all individuals must be fully vaccinated to gain entrance to athletic competitions.

I cannot make the game I purchased tickets for. Can I obtain a refund?

Unfortunately due to our ticket contract, there are no refunds.

I am a faculty/staff member of the college. Do the staff get discounts?

Faculty and staff can purchase discounted season tickets for all Merrimack College ticketed sports at the box office during normal business hours. There are discounted individual tickets for men's and women's basketball, football, and women's ice hockey.
