Charlie Fletcher joined the Warriors in January 2022 and serves as Merrimack’s pitching coach.  Fletcher graduated from William & Mary in 2018 after a tremendous career for the Tribe.  Fletcher shattered the program’s all-time appearances record, pitching 105 times in his career.  He was a member of the 2016 CAA Championship team and appeared in the NCAA Regional Finals.
 
Following graduation, Fletcher advanced to professional baseball.  He pitched in the Pecos League for the Garden City Wind and the White Sands Pupfish.
 
A native of Ashburn, VA, Fletcher currently resides in Methuen, MA.
